The University of Central Florida – F1Tenth Racing Team is committed to pushing the boundaries of autonomous vehicle technology. Our mission is to educate and inspire students through hands-on experience in building and racing autonomous cars, preparing them for careers in robotics, AI, and automotive industries.
What is F1Tenth?
F1Tenth is an international autonomous racing competition where teams from universities around the world design, build, and race 1/10th scale autonomous vehicles. The competition emphasizes real-time perception, planning, and control in a dynamic racing environment.

Since our rebound inception in 2024, the University of Central Florida – F1Tenth Racing Team has grown from a small group of enthusiasts to a competitive team recognized for innovation and performance.
